	How long does the average remote session take?
	Getting you connected takes aproximately 2 to 5 minutes. Once connected you do not have to sit at your computer during the service. You can go about your daily activites and the technician will disconnect when he's completed your service. You will know the technician is done when you see the survey in the browser. Time varys since depending on your computer speed, internet connection speed as well as other factors which make it hard to answer. Don't worry - You only pay one Flat Rate price so even if it takes us longer than expected to resolve your problem.
	What Hours are your Remote Support services available?
	Remote support is available during our normal operating hours; Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm EST Saturday 12pm - 2:30pm EST
	What are the Requirements for your remote help?
	- HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection such as cable, DSL or Wireless, not dial-up. - Windows Operating Systems only! We currently do not offer support for Linux OR Apple
	What kind of problems can be solved remotely?
	- "Not-so-obvious" hardware problems which we can diagnose and isolate. - Operating System issues, Email problems, Software configuration, Virus/Spyware infections. * We can NOT fix internet connectivity problems, as it requires an internet connection to your PC.
	Can you get back into my computer after my session is over?
	No, not until you log in again and request service. When you log in to Premium Support Online, you are prompted to download a temporary desktop sharing application and supporting tools that allow us to view and interact with your PC. Once your service is complete and you log off, the temporary application is automatically deleted from your PC. We can no longer see or access your computer.
